Our friendly exercise group, suitable for age 60+ to promote balance and safety, is run by Age UK in Freeland Hall on Fridays 10.00am - 11.00am.  The first taster session is free.  

The exercises are designed to suit all abilities (seated or standing) and are for building muscle strength and to help prevent falls.

Have fun and sing along too!

We also go for a coffee at the Yeoman on the first Friday of each month and anyone is free to come along.
