Freeland Parish Council receives Planning Applications from West Oxfordshire District Council Planning Department and sends the views of the Council about the application to the Planning Department.

The Applications may be read ONLINE (including all associated Documents and Plans).

WODC have recently changed to a new system that blocks the direct links used previously by "timing them out".

Want to find out when someone puts in for planning near your home? Interested in tracking the progress of planning applications for our village/town?

The email notifications service is part of improvements to the planning section of the council’s website to make it easier to find out about applications online.

15/02687/OUT    Erection of up to 169 dwellings, with new Doctors' Surgery to be up to 740 sq metres in size, with around 27 car parking spaces (means of access only) on Land South Of Witney Road Long Hanborough.  

Note: This application was heard at a WODC Uplands Planning meeting at 2.00pm on Monday 1 February 2016 and was unanimously REJECTED.
